Some grocery items may be delivered separately due to availability, freshness, or storage requirements (frozen, fresh, or packaged goods). Any pending items will be delivered shortly or refunded if unavailable.

If you receive damaged products or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. After verification, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, exchange is not available for grocery items. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for incorrect, damaged, or expired products.

Please ensure:

  • The code is valid and active

  • Minimum order value is met

  • The code applies to selected products
